Delivery and Returns
Delivery of the majority of items on this site is free (within the UK). However, there is a charge for particularly heavy or
cumbersome items e.g. weights. This postage and packaging charge will be displayed on the item description page and also on
the shopping cart sub-total.
We aim to despatch your order within two working days. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will let
you know within two working days of placing the order. The majority of orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail's Recorded
Signed For service, however some items are sent via Special Delivery or via Parcel Force’s 48 hr service. All items will
require a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. your workplace.
Although this site caters for UK residents, international orders are possible. Please email with your enquiry - we will do our best
to help you.
Returns
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want
to return items that are not suitable. If you return goods to us in their original condition, within 14 days of the date on the
receipt, you can request an exchange (subject to stockholding) or a refund for the unwanted item (excluding including any postage
costs incurred).
How to Return or Exchange
There is a returns form in the parcel that you receive. Please fill this in, enclose it with the goods and your original receipt
and send the parcel to:

We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay of up to two
working days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend
that you send it registered post.
