Delivery and Returns
Delivery of the majority of items on this site is free (within the UK). However, there is a charge for particularly heavy items (i.e. weights) - this postage and packaging charge will be displayed on the item description page and also on the shopping cart sub-total.
We aim to despatch your order within two working days. This can be subject to availability (feel free to call us to check availability), but you will be informed within two working days if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. Orders are sent via the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed (first class) delivery service or via Parcel Force (for very heavy items). They will need a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. your workplace.
Although this site caters for UK residents, international orders are possible. Please call with your enquiries - we will do our best to help you.
Returns
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you return goods to us in their original condition, within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will either exchange the goods for other products or else issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, whichever you prefer.
How to Return or Exchange
There is a returns form in the parcel that you receive. Please fill this in, enclose it with the goods and your original receipt and send the parcel to:

Call us if you need a replacement returns form. We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay of up to two working days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post.
